  You may order over the phone by calling toll-free 866-290-6354. We take phone orders Monday - Thursday between the hours of 8:30am EST and 5:30pm EST and Fridays from 10:00am EST to 2:00pm EST.


• Mail in Your Order:
  You may order offline by completing our printable order form and mailing us your order. We accept payments by credit card or money order only - No personal checks are accepted. If ordering by credit card, please make sure that the billing address you enter on your order matches the billing address where you receive your credit card statement.
