About Us
Garden-Flags.com, a Division of J.N. Harrison, Inc. in Williamsburg, Virginia, is dedicated to providing quality products at reasonable prices. We sell only those products we like and have purchased many of them for ourselves. We are a 100% female-owned business, which was started in 1998. We opened our online store in 2000 and our Williamsburg Store and showroom in 2009.

We give prompt and personal attention to our customers. Your inquiries are answered personally by Garden-Flags.com. If there are questions about your order, we will send you an e-mail or phone you to make sure it is correct before we place your order. You can contact us at anytime. All e-mails are answered within 24-72 hours.

Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted.
PURCHASING POLICIES
Only orders with shipping addresses within the United States will be accepted. APO / AE addresses must select special shipping at checkout. See Shipping Rates & Terms for more information. All billing addresses are verified before shipment. Please make sure that the Billing Address you enter on your order matches the billing address with your credit card provider. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. The charge on your credit card statement for your purchase will be from J.N. Harrison, Inc./Garden-Flags. Your credit card transactions are secure. All on-line orders are encrypted and sent through a secure server using SSL technology to prevent information from being intercepted. Ordering by credit card expedites your order and provides you with printed documentation concerning your order. You may also place an order by mail. Please see Ordering Options.
GUARANTEE
Please examine your items immediately upon receipt or your order. Our products are guaranteed by the manufacturers to be of the highest quality. We examine items before shipment, but if you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us immediately. Our return policies (shown below) apply to defective products as well. Please note that wind or weather damage to your flags or improper use does not constitute a defective product.
Cancellations
All order cancellations, corrections, or changes to orders must be received via email within 2 hours of order placement.
Refunds and Returns
The return or exchange of any unused or defective item purchased from us must be received by us within 20 days after you received your order. (Please note that wind or weather damage to your flags or improper use does not constitute a defective product.) All items returned for credit or exchange must be unused and in the original manufacturer's packaging. If a flag is returned at any time without the original packaging or has been used, there will be no refund or credit issued. We reserve the right to inspect any returns before issuing a refund or exchange. Refunds will be for the amount of purchase only if received within the 20-day return period. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Sorry, special orders and sale items cannot be returned. Exchanges will be charged additional shipping to the customers original credit card.
If a flag is received by us after 20 days of order receipt, a 20% restocking fee will apply and will be eligible for a store credit only. If a flag is returned at any time without the original packaging or has been used, there will be no refund or credit issued. Shipping charges to return products are the customer's responsibility, however, we will reimburse you if the return or exchange is the result of our mistake. Sale items and special orders cannot be returned. Shipments that are returned to us as "Undeliverable as Addressed" or "Refused / Return to Sender" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if the order is not reshipped to customer. Items returned because of a incorrect address, and needing to be reshipped, will be charged additional shipping fees.
Please email or call us before requesting an exchange so that we can reserve your replacement flag while awaiting the return of your original purchase. Exchanges will be charged additional shipping to the customers original credit card.
Send your returned item via US Postal Service First Class Mail. Returns or exchanges must be received by us within 20 days after you received your order. We cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged, nor will we accept C.O.D.'s. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice/packing slip along with your return or exchange instructions. Please address returns to:

SALES TAXES
Since both or store and our warehouse are located only in Virginia, we do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to any other state. It is the customer's responsibility to follow the applicable use tax laws in their own states. In the event that sales tax laws change in the future, we will change our store policies to comply with those laws.
SHIPPING POLICIES
We ship via U.S. Postal Service with delivery confirmation to only U.S. addresses. See Shipping Rates & Terms for more information. Once a package is delivered to the customer's shipping address, it becomes the customer's responsibility if the package is lost or stolen. If that happens, please contact us and we will provide you with your Delivery Confirmation number to give to the U.S. Postal Service.
